I speak from personal experience - it is definitely worth going on vacation to Sochi in October! Judge for yourself. First, it is a vacation by the sea for a reasonable price. Secondly, there are few tourists, so there is no hustle and bustle.
But the coolest thing is that there is no summer heat - the weather is the most pleasant. You can comfortably explore the resort and surroundings, go hiking, sunbathe. As in summer, in October tourists go for windsurfing, cycling, paragliding and traveling in the foothills in jeeps and horses.
In autumn, mountain forests dress in bright foliage, and after the rains, waterfalls become abundant. And at the end of the harvest in southern Russia, tourists are treated to young wine majar.
